Bloom Recruitment was founded in 2025 by Keri McAdam. With over 28 years working in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry and time working in the Dental Agency sector Keri built up a great reputation with her clients and candidates for her personalised and genuine service. Keri enjoyed supporting and working with the people in the Dental sector so much that she decided to start Bloom Recruitment, a Recruitment Agency just for Dental roles working with practice owners and job seekers across New Zealand.
